Hormone & reproductive health
Sex hormones, cycle patterns, perimenopause, and related symptoms evaluated in context with your full history.
Testing
Laboratory and specialty testing are not required for every patient. When testing is recommended, it is purposeful, discussed in advance, and chosen to fit your symptoms and goals.
Your history, symptoms, and prior results guide what we explore next. Testing can help clarify patterns, monitor progress, or rule out contributors — but it is never a default for every patient.
Purpose, timing, and estimated cost are discussed before any order is placed. Program and consultation fees do not include laboratory or specialty testing.
Testing Categories
Not every patient needs every test. Categories are selected based on your presentation, prior workups, and clinical goals.
Sex hormones, cycle patterns, perimenopause, and related symptoms evaluated in context with your full history.
Thyroid panels, blood sugar, insulin, inflammatory markers, and metabolic patterns when they inform the clinical picture.
Vitamins, minerals, and nutrient markers when absorption, diet, or symptoms suggest a deficiency or imbalance.
Stool, breath, or other GI evaluation when bloating, irregularity, reflux, or food-related symptoms need deeper insight.
Markers of immune activation or inflammation when fatigue, pain, post-viral illness, or complex symptoms are part of the picture.
Targeted specialty labs for complex or persistent illness when clinically appropriate — always with clear rationale first.
Important Note
Testing, supplements, prescription medications, imaging, and outside services are additional and individualized.
Does This Sound Familiar
Rather than treating each symptom in isolation, we look at how hormones, metabolism, nutrition, gut health, inflammation, sleep, stress and environment may be connected, and where the evidence points next.

Areas of Focus
You do not need to know the cause before scheduling.
A Comprehensive Root Cause Consultation is where clarity starts. Bring your questions, your history, and everything you have been told so far.
