Staying capable and active.
LONG-TERM WELLNESS
Healthy Aging & Longevity
Metabolic and hormone health, strength and muscle, cognition, nutrition, and prevention you can sustain.
Long-Term Wellness
Healthy aging is about function, not age
Healthy aging is about function: metabolic health, hormones, nutrition, strength and muscle, cognition, and habits you can maintain — not waiting for a diagnosis.
We focus on what supports how you feel and function over time, using the least burdensome tools that fit, without promising a specific outcome.
Staying ahead of risk.
Navigating midlife shifts.
Protecting mental sharpness.
Where We Begin
Comprehensive Root CauseConsultation
We step back and look at the whole picture — your health history, symptoms, nutrition, medications and supplements, previous testing, treatments you have tried, lifestyle, and goals. From there, we identify patterns and determine what may help us better understand what is contributing to how you feel.
Self-pay telehealth practice. Ongoing care is optional. Laboratory testing, supplements, medications, and continued support are additional. Care complements, and does not replace, your primary care physician.

How It Connects
Systems we evaluate in longevity care
Metabolic resilience
Blood sugar stability, body composition, and cardiovascular risk factors addressed before they become disease.
Hormone transitions
Perimenopause, andropause, and age-related hormone shifts that affect energy, mood, and body composition.
Cognitive health
Brain fog, memory changes, and strategies to support long-term neurological wellness.
Inflammation & recovery
How chronic low-grade inflammation and poor recovery speed aging at the cellular level.
Common Concerns
Goals we explore in longevity care
You do not need a diagnosis before scheduling. These are common goals when metabolic health, hormones, strength, and prevention are the focus.
Staying capable and active.
Maintaining muscle, mobility, and stamina to do what matters — travel, family, work, and movement you enjoy.
Staying ahead of risk.
Family history of diabetes, heart disease, or cognitive decline — and wanting a proactive plan now.
Navigating midlife shifts.
Perimenopause or andropause symptoms that affect sleep, mood, libido, and how you feel in your body.
Protecting mental sharpness.
Wanting to preserve focus, memory, and mental energy as part of a long-term health strategy.
Our Approach
How we address longevity goals
Care is individualized. Testing, nutrition, lifestyle, and treatment recommendations depend on your history, goals, and what the evidence supports.
Baseline assessment
Comprehensive review of history, family risk, prior labs, fitness, nutrition, and current concerns.
Proactive testing
Advanced metabolic, inflammatory, and nutrient markers when they inform prevention strategy.
Long-term partnership
Program-based care allows protocols to evolve as your goals, biology, and life stage change.
The Difference
A more connected approach
Healthy aging is not about chasing a single number. We focus on the factors that support long-term health and function — including metabolic health, hormones, muscle, nutrition, sleep, cognition, and cardiovascular health.
Our Philosophy
“Longevity is not about living forever. It is about feeling capable, clear, and vital for as long as possible.”
The best time to invest in your health is before you feel you have lost it.
Common Questions
Questions patients often ask
Will Dr. Saara be my primary care physician?
No. This is consultative functional and integrative care. It complements your existing team and does not replace primary, preventive, urgent, or emergency care.
Do I have to choose ongoing care?
No. Ongoing care options are optional. Pay-as-you-go follow-up is available when clinically appropriate: results $250, general follow-up $199.
Where are appointments available?
Virtual consultations for patients located in Florida at the time of the appointment. You must be physically in Florida when we meet.
Is this only for older adults?
No. Adults at any stage benefit from proactive metabolic and hormone health — especially during midlife transitions or when family risk is present.
